Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Pey app and pey.co.in. They are an electronic record under the IT Act, 2000 and an enforceable agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and a resident of India with a valid bank account or UPI ID. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

The service

Pey provides shared expense tracking, bill splitting, and UPI settlement. Pey is not a bank or PSP — payments are routed via RBI-regulated banking and Payment Aggregator partners.

Acceptable use

No fraud, money laundering, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or activity prohibited under Indian law (PMLA, IT Act, FEMA).

Liability

Service provided "as is". For payment failures, customer compensation follows RBI Master Direction on Customer Service and turnaround timelines.

Governing law

Indian law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
