PeyCoIn is in early beta, built by a very small team. We are still finding the shape of the product — which means the next few hires will shape it with us, not just ship features for it.

A note before you apply

PeyCoIn is pre-product-launch and under active development. We are not yet at a stage where we can offer health insurance, generous L&D budgets, or other late-stage perks. What we can offer is a real say in the product, equity, honest pay for the stage, and a workplace that respects your time.

How we work

  • Fewer, longer meetings. Async first, written defaults.
  • Calm rituals — no Slack on weekends, real working hours.
  • Equity for every full-time hire — meaningful, not symbolic.
  • Honest pay for the current stage, with clear, written triggers for when comp improves as we raise.

We're hiring slowly and only for what we genuinely need today. Every application goes through one short form — share a few details and a link to your work. We read every submission, usually within 3–5 working days.
