Categories of personal data processed

Identity, contact, financial transaction metadata, device telemetry, and content. We do not process special categories (e.g. health, biometrics) except biometric on-device unlock that never leaves your phone.

Purposes

Service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance with RBI/NPCI/PMLA/IT Act, and product analytics (aggregated only).

Your rights as a Data Principal

Right to information, right to correction and erasure, right to grievance redressal, right to nominate, and right to withdraw consent — at dpo@pey.co.in.

Cross-border transfers

Default storage is India. Limited transfers to processors only in jurisdictions notified by the Central Government, under contractual safeguards.
